1. When the equipment is mass-produced, how to avoid overheating or precision degradation caused by long-term operation?
The equipment has a built-in intelligent temperature control system. When it runs continuously for more than 8 hours, the heat dissipation module will be automatically started to adjust the temperature of the fuselage; at the same time, the core components (such as needle cylinder bearings) use high-temperature resistant grease to reduce friction loss. In addition, the system automatically performs precision calibration every 2 hours, and fine-tunes the needle distance by comparing the standard parameters to ensure the process consistency of each pair of socks in mass production.
2. Does the equipment support automatic detection of wear or breakage of knitting needles?
The equipment integrates laser detection and machine vision collaborative systems. When the knitting needle moves at high speed, the laser sensor scans the needle position in real time. Once abnormal vibration or displacement (such as bending angle exceeding 3°) is detected, the system immediately stops and triggers an alarm. At the same time, the industrial camera automatically captures the fault area, analyzes the image through the AI algorithm, accurately locates the damaged needle position (accuracy up to 0.1mm), and generates a repair work order. For example, after a customer used this system, the defective rate related to knitting needles dropped from 3% to 0.5%.
