• Regularly clean residual thread and dust accumulation, especially the needle bed, thread cutter and flanging mechanism to keep the weaving smooth.
• Avoid continuous operation for too long, arrange production shifts reasonably, and prevent motor overheating.
• Tension and weaving parameters need to be adjusted for different yarns to obtain ideal fabric effects.
• After power failure or sudden shutdown, please recalibrate the system position to prevent pattern misalignment.
• Operators need to receive professional training and be familiar with equipment maintenance and common troubleshooting procedures.
• When shutting down, the power should be turned off and covered with a dustproof cloth to keep the machine clean and dry to prevent rust.

Yes, it is recommended to use a stabilized power supply or install a UPS system to ensure that voltage fluctuations do not affect the knitting quality or burn out the electronic control board.
