Automatic oil supply, socks counting and control function, can display the output of each shift. There are six ports in the machine. From the front of the machine, from left to right, it is divided into the first port, the second port, the third port, the fourth port, the fifth port, and the sixth port is also called the main port. The main port has 8 shuttles, from right to left are called No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, No. 5, No. 6, No. 7, and No. 8 shuttles. The other auxiliary ports have 3 shuttles for each port, from left to right. 2. Operation panel There are three buttons on the right side of the machine panel, namely stop button, start button and jog button. When the machine is in the stopped state, press the jog button, the machine will move once, and the speed of rotation is determined by the L icon on the panel. Control, press the start button in the stopped state, the machine will run. When the machine is running, press the stop button once to stop the machine.
F1, F2, F3, and F4 on the panel are function keys, and their functions are different in different states. In working condition. F1 is the speed limit key, press 120 and then F1, the machine will not exceed 120 revolutions per minute when it is running. F2 is chain stop, which means that the machine does not execute the step sequence of flat chain and pattern, but keeps running at the original step. F3 is the end stop key, which means that the machine will automatically stop after the end of a sock. F4 has no effect.
In addition, there are 26 English word lines and 10 numeric keys on the panel. Used for other operations. There are also three function buttons on the left, and the upper left is the editing or working status switch key. The middle left is the display brightness increase key, the next is the display brightness decrease key, and the bottom left is the backlight key. Change the sock size: press nS for the first size produced. Sock tightness adjustment: Press the R key, if you modify the value, press 9999E, then move the cursor, the value is from 0 to 199, the smaller the value, the tighter the sock, the larger the value, the looser the sock. Press the V key to scroll backwards, press the W key to scroll upwards, modify the tightness of the triangle into a circle, the operation is the same as above, and the width of the elastic band is modified as above.
Set machine zero position: Shake the first No. 1 needle to the triangle iron next to the press needle on the right side of the machine, press F4+S, press S, F1 to exit and save.
3. When the input and output operation is in the state of machine reset, turn the key on the panel to the right in the early days, and now press the state switch key in the upper left corner, and the machine will enter the programming state. In this state, input and output operations of patterns and programs can be performed on the machine, as well as testing of machine parts, programming, modifying MTR, changing the language and display of the machine, and so on.
Load the pattern from the floppy disk to the machine: press the L key to enter the disk management program, then press the D key to read the floppy disk, use the arrow keys to move the cursor to the left directory, select the program or pattern name to be loaded, and then press L Key to confirm. Save the pattern from the machine to the floppy disk: press the L key to enter the disk management program, move the cursor to select the program or pattern to be saved, and then press the S key, if you want to change the name to save, press the R key to confirm. Transfer the program from the machine to the production state: press F4+C, move the cursor to select the name, and press the L key to confirm. Transfer the pattern from the machine to the production state: press F4+D, move the cursor to select the name, and press the L key to confirm.
Delete redundant programs or patterns in the machine. When there are more than 100 programs or patterns in the machine, the machine cannot display the names of subsequent programs or patterns. Or if it exceeds the memory storage capacity of the machine, it is necessary to delete redundant programs or patterns. Press the L key, move the cursor to select the program or pattern name to be deleted, and press the E key to confirm.
